Business listings

Listings are made from public business information: name, address, phone, hours, website and public review counts. We don't publish reviewers' names or anyone's personal details. Businesses can ask us to correct or remove a listing at any time.

Private snapshots

Each business in the estate has a private snapshot page, reached from the QR code on the flyer we dropped off. Only people with that link can see it. We record when a snapshot is opened and which buttons are tapped, so we know which businesses are interested before we call. We don't record who opened it.

Visits to the site

We set one first-party cookie with a random id, so we can tell a repeat visit from a new one. We count page views and taps on Call, Directions and Website so we can show businesses how customers find them. We don't store IP addresses, use advertising trackers or sell any data.

Forms

When you send us a form (to book a chat, join, or remove a listing) we keep your name and contact details to reply to you, and nothing else.

Texts for estate businesses

If an estate business asks us to, we text its customers: a reply when a call was missed, or a request for a Google review. Each text names the business and you can reply STOP to any of them; we keep opted-out numbers so we never text them again. Missed-call conversations are deleted after 90 days, and a number asked for a review is kept for 90 days so nobody is asked twice. We don't share customers' details between businesses.

For member businesses we read new Google reviews each day so the owner can reply. We store the rating and text, never the reviewer's name.
