I live just up the road from the estate, and I run a local business myself: Sunny Cleans, a residential and commercial cleaning company here on the Coast. So I know what it's like when the work never stops and the admin piles up after hours.
Before that I spent years in HR and learning and development, helping people and teams work better. These days most of my time goes into building practical tools with AI: the kind that save an owner a few hours a week, or catch work that would otherwise slip through.
I don't claim to know everything about AI. I'm curious, I use it every day, and I like finding the simple fix hiding inside a messy problem. Honestly, the best part of my week is sitting down with another owner, hearing what's actually bugging them, and building something that helps.
